How to make samosas

North Indians' mind choice snack, which all Indians want to eat at any time, is spicy
Samosas, in which the potatoes are filled, in a special way, the samosas are very indigestible, they will be sold all over the country in North India and on special occasions it is also made at home. Now we will tell you How to make samosas
Yield / service: 10 to 12 samosas

Material:

For content cover:

 250 gms of flour
50 grams melt ghee or oil
 2 tea spoons water
1 tea spoon carom seeds
A little salt
To fill the material potatoes:
250 grams medium potato potatoes
1/2 cup or 120 g green peas
6 to 8 cashews if you want to mix
1 tbsp ghee or oil
3/4 spoon cummin seeds
1 tsp grated ginger and garlic paste
2 green chilies cut
3/4 teaspoon hing
1.5 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
 1/2 teaspoon dried common powder
1.5 teaspoon of pomegranate
Green coriander leaves cut off

Recipe:

1. Boil the potatoes and peel them in rectangular pieces.
2. To cover the samosas, mix the celery, salt, flour and ghee together. The dough is well packed
Rinse ghee well in between the palms.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, fry until cumin begins.

4. Now mix ginger, green chillies and until it does not start a good smell. Add cashew nuts
If raisins are using, fry for a while and add potatoes, chilli powder, garam masala, amchoor, grains and salt.
5. Mix all well and fry for 4 to 6 minutes.
6. Add green coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.
7. Set it aside to set it aside.

To make samosa

1. Divide the flour into several parts and roll it.

2. Make a few gedes of the size of small gedes from rolled flour.
3. Give spherical flour a rectangle. And make it like a cone, and make it like a cone.
4. Fill potato masala in the cone and flatten the edges with water.
5. Make several samosas together and keep them duck well.
6. After making all the samosas, samosa is fried.
7. Heat oil in a pan.
8. Add the samosas in the oil and fry them till golden.

Serve with Samosa Tomato Sauce or Mint Chutney.
