Recipe 1

Ingredients:
250 gms Ladies Finger
2 Medium Onions, sliced
2 Tablespoons Gram Flour and  roasted
2 Teaspoons Cumin-Coriander Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Red chile Powder (optional)
1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
A small pinch of asafetida
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mango Powder
2 Tablespoons finely shredded Coriander
Leaves
1½ Tablespoons + a pair of teaspoons Oil
Salt as per desire
Fry Bhindi
Method:
 Cut head and tail of ladies fingers and slit it lengthwise into halves. Heat 1½ tablespoons oil in a very pan or Sino-Tibetan language over medium flame. once oil is medium hot, add bhindi.Shallow fry it till it turns dark inexperienced and shrinks in size for around 7-8 minutes. Stir in between often to fry equally and stop jutting. Add turmeric powder and salt. combine well and cook for a second. close up flame and transfer it to a plate. Heat a pair of teaspoons oil within the same pan. Add cumin seeds; once seeds begin to crackle, add asafoetida and sauté for few seconds. Add sliced onion and sauté till it turns brown or for approx. 1-2 minutes. Add shallow deep-fried bhindi, combine well and cook for two minutes. Add cooked gram flour and dry mango owder.Stir and cook for a second. Add red chile powder, garam masala powder and cumincoriander powder. Stir and cook till bhindi is equally coated with all ingredients for around 1-2 minutes. close up the flame and transfer ready bhindi curry to a serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves and/or onion rings, serve hot.

Modification and Tips:
If procurable, wash and dry bhindi 2-3 hours before cookery.

Method

Cut portion of slender slices of the beans. and Heat oil in a very non-stick pan. Slice the onions.Add caraway and onion within the pan and fry

till onion turns soft.Add fried, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chile powder.Mix the bean curd and cook for 4 minutes, stirring it.
Then add gram flour and taut. Insert and blend.Mix by adding the balloons. Cook the lady's beans whereas running spoon.add taste salt.

Ladies finger fry recipe
you can try this method for spesical test of ladies finger foods.
this method mostly used in south india in houses.
Preparation Time: 16 minutes
Cooking Time: 16 minutes
Serves: 3 person

Ingredients:
250 grams ladies finger
1 green chili incision
1 large onion incision thinly
1 rame curry leaves
1 to 2 garlic cloves rub to pieces
1 tsp. urad dal
1 tsp. chana dal
Pinch of mustard
¼ tsp. cumin
¼ to ½ tsp. red chili powder
½ to ¾ tsp. coriander powder or coriander and cumin powder
2 to 4 tbsp. Fresh gauzy coconut
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of turmeric
Salt as needed
2 tbsp. Oil of coconut oil tastes good
Fistful of roasted and skinned peanuts
Method:
Wash okra and dry them completely. intersect the ladies finger to thin circles.
and  Add oil to a pan and heat, add mustard, cumin, dal and fry until the dals turn golden,
add garlic, curry leaves and chilies. Fry till the curry leaves turn crisp and then  Fry onions till translucent.
Add ladies finger and dredge lemon juice. Fry till the stickiness and leave them. Cook covered till they turn soft.
Cover and cook till the ladies finger is cooked and turns soft. Add rest of the ingredients. Fry till it begins to smell good for about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve ladies finger fry with rice.

Recipe 4

In north india every person like Masala Bhindi With Potato. It is complete  with in minutes and sarve with roti and rice.this food is too tasty.

Ingredients:
Preparation Time: 16 minutes
Cooking Time: 16 minutes
Serves: 3 person
250 grams ladies finger , pieces cut to desired size.
1/4 cup of onions with small pieces
¼ cup of shredded tomatoes or 2 tbsps thick yogurt
1 boiled potato with cubic small pieces
1 tsp red chili powder or 2 green chili with small pieces
¾ tsp garam masala
¾ tsp kasuri methi
½ tsp amchur powder
pinch of caraway


Method
Boil potato and cut cubical  pieces and . Wash bhindi in  water and and  dry it and cut to desired size.
Heat a wide pan with 1 tsp oil, fry the okra for atleast 10 mins on a medium. and mixed tomato or yogurt.
Add some more oil to the pan, add onions and sprinkle salt and fry till they turn concinnous. Add potatoes and fry on high for 2 mins.
 Add okra, red chili powder, and mix well. fry for a min and add kasuri methi, amchur and garam masala. mix well and Cover and cook for atleast 4 to 5 mins or until the okra is done fully. cover with coriander leaves and serves

Serves: 2 person
Ingredients:
250  gram okra
2 small tomatoes
1 tsp salt
4 tbsps vegetable oil
2 medium onions
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp mango powder
Method:
 Wash the okra and dry completely and Cut off the heads and cut the okra into pieces 1/2 inch
long. Chop the onions and tomatoes aside. Saute the onions for 5 minutes on medium heat in the oil.
Add the okra and tumeric and continue to saute for another 5 minutes.Add tomatoes and continue to saute for 3 minutes.
Add the salt and the rest of the spices, turn down the heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes until the okra is soft.
