Make potatoes and Spinach tasty food


Cooking Time: more than one hours.
Serves: 12 person full family disk

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups sliced spinach with small pieces
  • 4 large onions shredded fine
  • 4 large potatoes boiled and lopping
  • 2 tomato grated
  • 4 green chillies
  • 2" piece ginger
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon wheat  flour are want then use different flour
  • 2 teaspoon  red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon-clove powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 8 teaspoon ghee
  • salt as per need.

METHOD:

take washed spinach in a plate,add  small amount of salt with very little water.put in pan and
Cover them, boil two minutes over a high heat. Cool them, or hold under the fan.
Put in a blender, add green chilli mix both properly. Keep somewhat plump .
Keep aside.
Cut the potatoes into  pieces. fry potatoes in  ghee at till light brown.
Escape the potatoes, keep aside.
put in pan some  ghee and hot them add the caraway seeds.
Add the ginger, onions and fry them.
Add the tomato and  fry again two minutes.
Add all the dry masalas , fry till ghee separates.
Add spinach and potatoes.
When it resumes a boil dredge the flour and bustle well. Boil for 5-6 minutes. mix lemon juice.
take heat butter in a tiny pot  before serving mix them or put near of food when eat.

Potatoes and spinach are very tasty food and full of minerals and fats ,mostly spinach are a good source of iron that increasing blood in your body.
and Potatoes are good source of fats that is proved sufficient energy to your body.now try this food and makes your health.
