Cooking Best cauliflower food in your kitchen
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 3 person
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 medium. cauliflower clean and broken into small part.
- 1/2 small green spring onion nicely cut it.
- 1 tsp. ginger nicely cut it
- 1/2 tsp. garlic nicely cut it
- 1 cup flour
- 1.5 tbsp. cornflour
- 1/8 tsp. red chilli powder
- 2 red chillies
- 1.5 tbsp.mustard oil
- 1 cups water
- 1/2 tbsp. milk
METHOD:
Heat up the small part of cauliflower for 2 to3 minutes in water,and add milk them.taken clean cloth and make it dry.
Mix flour with 1 tbsp,add 1/2 ginger and garlic and red chilli powder and salt with your taste.
and fry all cauliflower in hot oil and Keep aside.
In the upshot oil,upshot ginger, garlic and crushed red chilli and fry for a minute.
Add the salt and spring onions as per need.
and fry again a minute. Add 1/2 cups water and wait bring to a boil.
Add 1.5 tbsp. cornflour to dissolve to water .
now leave them to boiling.
On boil it becomes the gravy and transparent. Add soya sauce and other materials.
Again boil for two more minutes and keep aside.
now your food is complete and you ready to serve it with noodles or rice.
