Make tasty Sindhi Saibhaji in your home

Serves: 12 person
Ingredients:
- 2 carrot
- 2 capsicum
- 2 onion
- 2 cabbage
- 2 potato
- 2 brinjal
- 2 tomato
- 2 ladyfinger
- 200 gms. french beans
- 1 bunch spinach,
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 khatta greens.
- 2 cup green dal
- 1 cup horsegram dal
- 8-9 green chilli
- 4-6 clovettes garlic
- 2 tsp. red chilli powder
- 2 tsp. dhania powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 6 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. ghee
- 4 pinches asafoetida
METHOD:
Clean dals and wash in fresh water. Clean in fresh water , spinach and vegetables and tomato.Take a pressure cooker clean it and heat oil in pressure cooker silently.take a cup with some water and mix turmeric powder and add in cooker and fry it, still oil is leave. add all the vegetables, spinach and dals and fry them and mix well and fill water in cooker enough to cover vegetables. Add all masalas and mix. Add tomato close pressure cooker for 10 minutes. Open pressure cooker and handblend the vegetables.Heat 1 tbsp. ghee add a pinch of asafoetida.
Now food become redy and you serve hot with paratha or rice.
