Doodhi Halwa or Louki Halwa

Louki or Dhoodhi is a green fruits that grow all over India .It is cook many types in every home as like
Louki sabji ,Louki rice ,Louki aloo,louki paneer,Louki dal,louki tomato etc.Louki in full with protein and
iron elements.Louki dish is a very tasty Indian food.To day we describe here how to cook louki as a louki halwa.Louki Halwa makes with milk or khoya .louke halwa is a very tasty dish
which make in every Indian home at least one time in a years.it is very spicy and tasty food or lunch
food.

Preparation time:20 minutes
Cook time:40 minutes
Total time : 1 hours
servings 4 members

Ingredients:

1 kg  louki or doodhi
500 ml or 1/2 litre milk
400 to 500 gram sugar
5 to 6 green cardamoms
saffron few flakes
1/2 cup chopped almonds

Making Method:

1.Peel and grate dudhi or lauki
2.Taken a deep pan combine milk and grated lauki
3.boil it at lower flame and mix well keep on stirring in between.
4.On cook milk start reduce and evaporate.
5.when milk reduce 80% then add cardamom and chopped almonds with cashew nuts in a mixture.
6.when all milk evaporated add ghee and mix well.
7.after mix ghee leave  mixture for some times
8.In last add sugar and mix well and wait till sugar melting.
9.On melting sugar it becomes as like liquidity.
10.cook some times liquidity mixture and mix well.
11.when it look as soft mixture then your louki halwa is done.
 your louki halwa done and you can serve hot or cold.
