Ingredients:
few cashew nutsfew almonds
few raisins
1/2 cup sugar
1 table spoon cardamom powder
1cup ghee/clarified butter
1 cup water
1cup yellow split moong dal
1/4 cup khoya
Making Method:
1.Wash moong dal and soak in water full night.2.Drain water and add to blender make paste.
3.Add hot water and add sugar and mix it.
4.Cook well till the sugar is melts.
5.When the ghee is leaving out the moong dal,finally.
6.add some cardamom powder and mix well.
7.serve out.
