Imarti dish is a sweet indian mithai make with maida and sugar.it is to tasty and serve with curd or single.Imarti mostly present every sweet shop in india.In lunch time person use Imarti as a lunch food .some times at every home this dish made.Imarti is a tasty and stylish dish.here we describe how to make Imarti.
Making time: 1 hour
Makes: 25 imartis
Save life: 2 to 5 days.
Needed Ingredients:
Urad dal 2 cups.Sugar 3 Cups.
Water 300 ml.
saffron colour
cardamom ground 1/2 tsp.
Ghee to fry 500 grams
Making Method:
1.Soak urad dal overnight in water.2.Wash and drain dal and Grind to fine thick batter. Put water small by small.
3.Mix colour in dal and mix very well.
4.After grinding dal.Keep aside for some times.
5.Make sugar syrup as like 1 tar sugar syrup.
6.Add cardomom powder in syrup.
7. Add Ghee in a pan and hot it.
8.Using cloths generate imartis in hot ghee in shape ring wih zig zak.
9.fry imartis in ghee at lower flame,till brown colour.
10.put out imarti form hot Ghee and drain and dip in hot syrup.
11.Soak for 4 to 5 minutes,
12.put out imarti from syrup ,put a side in plate and serve.
13.Repeat process in many tmie and makes imarti.
14.Make 5-6 imartis at a time,
15.Use a flat bottomed frying pan.
