Needs Ingredients:

cashewnuts 150 gm
sugar 400 gm
khoya 500 gm
elaichi powdered
silver foil (if you want then use it)

Making Method:

1.Dry grind the cashewnuts.
2.Mix and sugar khoya .
3.Heat in a heavy pan for some time and stirring  continuously.
4.when sugar dissolves, add the cashewnut (powdered) and elaichi
5.Cooking,  stir till soft lump is formed .
6.Roll on a flat surface to required thickness .
7.paste over therand apply silver foil.
