learn how to make tandoori roti stove top with tava

tandoori rotis dish ,you can learn how to make good tandoori roti on tava in home.it is so simple not use any new technique only use simple method

cuisine: north Indian or Punjabi like
preparation time:35 minutes
cooking time:30 minutes
total time:1 hours and 5 minutes
 serve or materials:13 to 16 tandoori rotis

Ingredients:

375 gram wheat flour or atta
1.5 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon salt or as per requirement
250 ml clean water
small amount of oil

Making Method:

 1.mix salt and flour in large plate or bowl
2.add 1 table spoon oil
3.add fresh clean water
4.Mix all material well properly by hand or use any mixture machine
5.pull down in large plate and make soft dough
6.cut small pieces dough shaped like small ball
7.Now taken a rolling board put dough ball one by one with sprinkle some flour on it.
8.make small medium sized round like circle shape
9.after rolling the roti,spread water evenly all over roti with your fingers to spread water or use any pastry brush.
10 heat tava and place over rolled roti and heated roti on medium flame.
11.remember not more hot tava only use slow flame
12.rotate tava for roasting the roti.
13.roasted very well for completing roti.
14.one by one cook your roti by roasting method
  your dish is complete now you serve it with some butter ghee spread them.
serve tandoori roti hot with any dal vegetable or paneer curry
