Yield materials: 15 sweet kachori
Ingredients:
For cover ingredients materialsAll purpose flour 1 cup
Cron Flour 3 table spoon
Melted Ghee 1/4 cup
Salt as per need
For filling ingredients materials
Fresh khoya 250 gram
Ntmeg 1/2 table spoon
Geen Cardamom powder 1/2 table spoon
Cinnamon powder 1/2 table spoon
Milk Powder 100 gram
Far making syrup ingredients materials
Milk 1 cup
Kesar Small amount
Sugar 150 grams
Water 1cup
Ghee for frying
Mixed and chopped nuts like almonds and pistachios
Making Method:
1.Mix all ingredients of making filling materials and put in big bowl st aside.2.Take new bowl and combine ghee and plain flour and corn flour.
3.add salt and mix well it.
4.Make pliable dough use with little water.
5.cover the dough with clean wet muslin cloth and keep aside for some times.
6.Boil water with milk on medium flame
7.add sugar and make thick consistency syrup
8.add saffron in ti and mix well
9.cut the dough int small parts
10.take small parts of dough and roll in shape ball and roll every ball in shape circle
like puri and place 1table spoon prepared mixture in the centre.
11.seal the mixture and press it to the centre
12.Make 2 to 6 kachoris at a time.
13.Heat ghee at high flame and fry it till li brown colour both side.
14.Repeat next process for remaining flour .
15.cool kachoris and make small hole in the centre in every kachori and half table
spoon syrup and roll again to let the syrup spreads
16.Garnish with mixed chopped nuts as per needs
17.live it 20 to25 minutes.
