Know how to cook royal paneer

A variety of dishes are made from paneer, all taste is very good, the cottage cheese is cooked with potatoes or other vegetables such as peas, tomatoes, cabbage, onion etc.,
Today, we will tell you about making the perfect cottage cheese which is a very delicate dish, and it is cooked on every occasion in special occasions.
Approximate time to make it: 45 minutes.
This meal is available for 12 people.
Required content:
 500 gms cottage cheese (cottage cheese)
6 tbsp ghee or butter
2 onions cut into strips
1 "piece ginger chopped fine
4 green chilies chopped fine
8 Tomatoes cut right
4 Crushed Cardamom
1/2 cup beaten curd

1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt according to its taste
1 cup milk
4 TBSP tomato sauce


Essential materials for decoration:

4 TBSP grated cheese
2 teaspoons Chopped coriander

Recipe:

Paneer take 2 inches thick thick cuts after that
 Heat ghee, roast onion, ginger, green chillies and cardamom etc. on light flame. Fry for 5-7 minutes. Then add tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes, add curd again and cook for 8 minutes .1 cups water and cool and mix well. Mix it to the lubrication in the mixer.
Fry the paneer in the remaining ghee and add milk to it and mix the food items.
Roast the mixed ingredients until gray color, and cook until it boils.
Before serving the guests, take the chopped coriander and granulated cheese on the plate or bowl. Serve it with Mehman.
