To make potatoes in grated gravy

Required ingredients for cooking potatoes:

4 medium potatoes boiled and open
2  cup curd beaten
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
 3 pin esophotoida
1 lentil curry leaves
2  tbsp. Coriander Leaves Chopped
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon each ginger, garlic, granulated
3 green chili slit
1 tsp. Each cumin, mustard seed
1/4 tsp wheat flour
1 tbsp. oil

 Potato recipe:


Cut potatoes into some large rectangular pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
In a bowl mix turmeric with some water.
Put turmeric in a pan and roast till it becomes red.
Add turmeric, chilli and curry leaves to the cumin and mustard ginger-garlic if turmeric separates it.
Spice mixture and fry for 2 minutes
When the masala is roasted, put potatoes in it and keep running with the spoon.
Mix the water in the right quantity, then let it cook, who to duck with the utensil to cook.
After about 20 minutes, take out the curry and put yogurt in it.
When you are making a vegetable, play it several times.

Serve the vegetable with wheat bread and rice.
