Navratan korma recipe, how to make navratan korma learn it.

Navaratan korma is a world-renowned diet, it is a very good and delightful person, it is a good source of almost all vitamins,  proteins and fats.
Time and materials to be made in Navratan Korma
It takes about 40 minutes to prepare.

Full time 1 hour 15 minutes
Ready korama can serve 5 to 6 people.

Required content:


2 medium carrots - peeled and chopped OR 70 grams carrots OR about ½ cup chopped carrots

½ cup shelled peas or frozen peas
1 large potato
¼ cup chopped green beans
1 cup chopped cauliflower (gobi florets)
8 to 9 babycorn
important ingredients for navratan korma:
2 medium sized onions
2 to 3 green chilies (hari mirch)
½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste
½ cup fresh curd
⅓ cup fresh low fat cream
¼ to ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 tablespoon ghee
1 cup water
salt as required
for the royal paste:
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
10 to 12 almonds
10 to 12 cashews
1 tablespoon melon seeds
¼ cup water for grinding to a paste
All kind of garam masala:
2 to 3 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
3 cloves
1 inch stick of cinnamon
1 tej patta
2 single strands of mace
for the garnish:
1 tablespoon ghee
6 to 7 almonds
10 pistachois
10 cashewnuts
10 walnut halves
1 tablespoon raisins
½ cup chopped pineapple
½ tablespoon melon seeds
1 tablespoon mint leaves
a pinch of saffron strands
2 teaspoon ginger julienne
OR 2 medium potato OR ¾ cup chopped potatoes or 150 grams potatoes
OR 40 to 50 grams beans OR 10 to 12 beans

(dahi or yogurt) OR 100 grams curd

Navratan korama making method:

Creating Paste:

1. Soak dry fruits and seeds of dry fruits and seeds in 35 to 45 minutes in hot water.
2. Peel the almonds, grind the peeled almonds and keep them in a jar.
3. Then grind the other dry seeds and fruits into a mill and grind them.
4. To make the paste smooth, add water according to its dependency.
Keep the paste made separately.
Method of making korama:
1. Take a pan or pan, add ghee to it and heat it, then add garam masala and fry it,
Fry garam masala until the spices become aromatic.
2. Heat the chopped onion in a pan or pan until it is golden brown.
3. Now add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies, roast till good aroma arrives.

4. Take 1 tsp raisin and ½ tbsp watermelon seeds and sauce for some time
5. Take half a cup of chopped pineapple and sauce it too.
6. Take a pinch of mint leaves, saffron varieties / saffron and 2 teaspoons ginger julin and give it
Fry for half a minute.

Now your navel became korama with tandoori roti, naan, chapatias or paratha or with rice
