Sweet Pongal

Sweet Pongal dish makes in South India.
In The South India region Mostly people like Sweet Pongal dish.
It makes all over world and eat every person.
Sweet pongal is so popular because has nice taste.
here we describe how to make a nice dish of Sweet Pongal.
here we assuming dish for two people.

 Now you prepare some Ingredients taken time approx 15 minutes
when you cooking this dish taken time approx 18 minutes.
Total time expending in completing dish 33 minutes approx.
List of Ingredients for two people

Moong dhal :1/2 cup
Rice :1/2 cup
Milk
Coconut
Cashew
Jaggery
Raisins or khish mish
Cardamom
Ghee
Cooking Method:
1.Cleaning the  Moong dhal and washing it fresh water.
2.Fry the moong dhal ,till it becomes little light brown( leve smelling).
3.soak rice and dhal separately for 10 minutes.
4.then wash and keep int in cooker with the right water.
5.cooking seperately in two different containers,
6.Meanwhile cut coconut in very small piecess and fry in ghee.
7.fry cashew and raisins with separately use two different containers.
8.Break the agerry and put in water and make a mixture like syrup.
9. clean jaggery, because jaggery has mud or stones.
10. make the syrup strain it through tea strainer.
11.Put the rice and dhal in a big vessel and add 1 cup milk .
12 Cooking them it till all the gets absorbed.
13.add jaggery syrup and again cook till even it gets absorbed.
14.add three big table spoons ghee,powdered cardamon and cook again for while.
15.add  coconut ,cashews and raisins in it.

sarve it with ghee.
