Great Adai dosa Recipe

I can much like adai dosa use in my daily life and love it so much .here
we declare moam style adai dosa because we are great friend with this
type of dosa .I am eat always adia dosa with coconut chutney it is my best
dish at my home.it is full with protein and my little doughter also like it.
some time we eat with tea in morning break fast .if you like it ,now see
how to make  it.

Preparation Time: 3 hrs soaking
Mins and Grinding:15 mins
Cooking Time:5 mins
Total Makes Adia Dosa:15 pieces


Ingredients:

1 Cup Raw Rice
1 Cup Idli Rice
1/4 cup Urad Dal
1/4 cup Toor Dhal
1/4 cup Chana Dal
2 tbsp Moong Dhal
A Generous Pinch Turmeric powder
A Generous Pinch Hing
1.5 tsp Fennel seeds
2 Red Chillies
2 Medium Sized  Chopped Big Onion
 2.5 tbsp sized  chopped Garlic
2 tbsp  chopped Coriander leaves
1 tsp Oil
Salt  as need

Making Method :

1.Soak the rice and dals for 2 to 3 hours.
2.Grind it with red chillies and fennel seeds to a coarse paste.
3.Add salt as per need,turmeric powder ,hing mix well and set aside.
4.Add onion, garlic and coriander leaves and mix well.
5.Add some little water to make it to slightly running .
6.Heat the dosa tawa.
7.Take mixtuture one laddle full and spread the batter as we do for dosa.
8.Drizzle little oil , cooked both side cook till golden brown.

Serve hot with coconut chutney or eat with tomato sause or, eat with tea .

Tips:

If you want to more spicy then and add 2 more red chillies while grinding.
Keep the extra remaining better till next day Morning(always use refrigerator)
