how to make Shrikhand with in 20 minutes


Shrikhand

Shrikhand is pour milk made dish,it more popular in india.Shrikhand is a daily use dish at home ,mostly children eat it .
Shrikhand is full with Calories, Fat,Saturated fat,Polyunsaturated fat,Monounsaturated fat ,Cholesterol ,Sodium,Potassium, Carbohydrate,Sugar,Protein,Vitamin A, Calcium,Vitamin B-12,Magnesium ,sugar  etc.It is to healthy for human body and increasing working .Shrikhand is good for kids health.here we describe how to make Shrikhand with in 20 minutes.

Making time: 20 minutes
Makes: 6-7 servings
Its life: 3-4 days in refrigerated

Ingredients:

 Curds1/2 kg.
 Sugar 300 gms.
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp.
small amount in strands saffron
Pista  and Almond crushed 1/2 tbsp.

Making Method:


  1. Taken a muslin cloth source it is clean.
  2. Tie curd in cloth overnight. (6-7 hours).
  3. Take it into a bowl, add sugar and mix well.
  4. Keep aside for 30-35 minutes 
  5.  check allow sugar to dissolve.
  6. Rub saffron into 1 tbsp.
  7. Milk till well broken and dissolved. Keep aside.
  8. Beat well till sugar has fully dissolved into curd.
  9. Pass through a big holed strong strainer, pressing with hand or spatula.
  10. Mix in cardamom powder and dissolved saffron and half nuts.
  11. Empty into a glass serving bowl, top with remaining nut crush.
  12. Chill for 1-2.5 hours before serving.


Tips: change with fruit flavoured shrikhand add some fruits mango, add pulp at the stage of adding cardamom and
saffron.
